Why can’t my project be done in three months?

Every client and every project are different. Organizations spend anywhere from eight months to 2 years planning and building their new space before moving into it. The value of this lead time comes not only from the ability to strategically plan for your new space, but also to allow employee involvement and buy-in to the office selection and design process.

Why isn’t the furniture floorplan that the landlord gave me good enough?

Real estate brokers may provide a floor plan to serve as an example of how a space can be utilized. Although based on size matrix, this sample floor plan is not a reflection of your organization and your needs. Valuable insight can be gained through an occupancy study, a workplace strategy session, and doing test-fit layout options based on your organization’s needs.

Why do I need to hire a team?

At the end of the day, it is about quality and accountability. Having a team that includes an interior designer allows you to focus on what you do best.

Why shouldn’t I order my office furniture from an online catalog?

Commercial grade furniture is different than what you can find online and at discount retail chains. Commercial furniture has a warranty, is professionally installed, provides hidden technology and cable management, and can hold up over long-term use. We work directly with manufacturers to get competitive pricing with installation for all of our clients. While it is an investment, it will save you from tripping over extension cords and backache!
